🚚 Delivery Process:

Once you place an order:

  • Your order is processed immediately by our system.
  • It goes through a strict quality check before dispatch.
  • We securely pack your items and hand them over to our delivery partners.
  • Your parcel is shipped to your address.

If your pin code is unserviceable, our team will get in touch to arrange an alternative solution.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time:

  • In-stock items: Delivered within 7 business days.
  • Made-to-order items: May take 18–20 business days.

Please confirm with our team before placing your order if delivery time is a concern. Delays may occur during festivals, political unrest, or severe weather — we appreciate your patience during such situations.

📦 Tracking Your Order:

Yes, you can track your order!
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your Tracking ID.
Click on the “Track Order” button in the email and enter:

  • The last 4 digits of your Order Number, or
  • The full AWB number.

🏠 Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Shipping Area: We ship across all of India.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer FREE shipping within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ❌ Not available.
  • Change of Shipping Address:
    • Before shipping: ✅ Free address change.
    • After shipping: You may request reshipment for ₹200.

🌍 International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Charges depend on the parcel’s weight.
  • Customs & Duties: Taxes and duties (if applicable) must be paid by the recipient at the destination country.
  • No exchange or returns on international orders.
