🛒 Order Placement

Q: How do I place an order on your website?
Simply browse your favorite items, select the size, and click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to checkout.

Q: I have a promo code. How do I use it?
You can enter your promo code at checkout in the "Discount Code" section before making payment.

Q: I placed my order. What happens next?
Once your order is confirmed, it goes into processing, is passed through quality checks, and then dispatched. You’ll receive updates at every step.


💳 Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods are accepted at RPious Couture?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Q: Is it safe to shop using my debit/credit card?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Q: What if my card details get compromised?
We don’t store your card data. If you suspect fraud, please contact your bank immediately.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within India.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery available?
No, we currently do not support COD.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

  • In-stock items: Within 5–6 working days
  • Made-to-order items: Within 18–20 working days

Q: Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
No. Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.

Q: Will I get a refund on shipping charges if I cancel?
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q: Why is tax being charged?
We comply with Indian tax laws and collect GST on all sales, which is included in your product price.

Q: What if I’m not home during delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt up to 3 times. If undelivered, the parcel will be returned to us.


🔁 Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Q: Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are available under certain conditions.

Q: What if I receive a damaged product?
We’ll exchange the item. Please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and request a replacement.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We request customers to confirm before placing an order.

Q: Can I cancel after the order is shipped?
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please inform us as early as possible if you want to cancel.

Q: Will I receive a refund for a cancelled order?
We do not offer refunds. You may request an exchange, where applicable.
