We want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t right, we offer a hassle-free exchange process to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

❌ Return Policy:

• Currently, we do not offer refunds.
• We only provide exchanges for eligible items.
• Please connect with our team for any issue, and we will do our best to resolve it.

🔄 Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges are accepted only for unused and unworn items.

The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Requests for exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

How It Works:

1.  Simply contact our Exchange Department via WhatsApp or Email (details below).
2. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the exchange process.
3.  A pickup will be scheduled — our delivery partner will collect the product from your address.
4. Once the product is picked up, your replacement item will be shipped the next working day.
